Surrey Wedding Photography, Lucy & Chris's Pre - Wedding Photography

Lucy and Chris chose Pewley Down in Guildford, Surrey for their pre wedding shoot. They live pretty close to it and it sounds like they spend a fair amount of time relaxing here so it seemed fitting to do the engagement shoot here. If you've not visited Pewley Down before it's certainly worth a visit, it's a beautiful place with spectacular views over Guildford!

They are getting married later this year at Northbrook Park near Farnham in Surrey. Northbrook is one of my favourite local venues  (I'm fortunate enough to have a few weddings to photograph there this year) so I'm really excited to be shooting Lucy and Chris's big day.

Surrey Wedding Photography, Sarah & Ben's Pre Wedding Photography, Pembroke Lodge, Richmond

Sarah & Ben are getting married in a few weeks at St Peter's Church, Richmond and Pembroke Lodge. We decided to do the pre-wedding shoot at Pembroke Lodge and Richmond Park before popping down to the church to meet the Vicar. It seems like the weather is all over the place this year, luckily enough we got a summers day in Movember.

Surrey Wedding Photography, Jo & Mark's Pre Wedding Photography, Painshill Park, Cobham Surrey

Jo & Mark are getting married next May at Painshill Park near Cobham in Surrey and chose to do the engagement shoot at Painshill too. It's a fabulous venue with a selection of Follies, a Lake, a Vineyard and some beautiful walks so as a photographer I'm spoilt for choice.

I'm really excited about photographing their wonderful May wedding.

Hampshire Wedding Photography, Sara & Mark's pre wedding shoot at The Elvetham Hotel

I met Sara and Mark for their pre wedding shoot on what was a beautiful September evening at the Elvetham Hotel near Hartley Wintney in Hampshire. The Elvetham is a stunning venue but with the evening sun and the autumnal colours it was exceptional.

We had a lovely evening wandering around taking pictures before stopping for a drink to go through all of the details in preparation for the wedding day.

Surrey Wedding Photography, Amy and Max's pre - wedding photography at Frensham Pond, Surrey

Amy & Max are getting married next year at the beautiful Woodlands Park Hotel in Surrey but they chose Frensham Pond near Farnahm for their engagement shoot. It's certainly a beautiful place to spend a Saturday morning taking pictures. I think they were a little worried about having their picture taken but they soon relaxed and we go some beautiful shots.

Brighton Wedding Photography, Lindsay & James' Pre Wedding Photography, Brighton Beach in Sussex

I don't often go as far as Brighton for a Pre-Wedding shoot but James proposed to Lindsay on Brighton Beach so how could I say no!

We met for coffee (thanks Lindsay) quite early before headed off quite promptly for a walk on the beach before it got too busy, what a great way to spend a Saturday morning.

I have to say a huge thank you to the Punch and Judy man for being such a good sport and letting us borrow his Theatre.

Lindsay and James were a pleasure to shoot and I'm really looking forward to their wedding next month at  Clock Barn Hall in Godalming, Surrey.

Farnham Wedding Photography, Carrie & Scott's Pre Wedding photography, Frensham, Surrey

Carrie & Scott are getting married in November at Northbrook Park near Farnham in Surrey and I have to admit that I'm actually a little scared! Carrie is a wedding photographer too and a vey good one at that, which always adds a little extra pressure.

One thing for sure is that with all of her experience of weddings she'll have a fabulous day planned so whilst I am a little nervous I am also really looking forward to what I am sure will be a fantastic day!

St Michael's Manor Wedding Photography, Ruth and Damien's Pre Wedding Shoot, St Albans, Hertfordshire

Ruth & Damien are getting married at the beautiful St Michaels Manor in St Albans, Herts and chose to do the pre wedding shoot there too. Susan and Simon are getting married in a few weeks at the Basingstoke Country Hotel, but chose to do the pre wedding shoot in the Micheldever woods. I hadn't been there before so was totally blown away by the bluebells, I've ever seen so many, they were absolutley beautiful! I'll definitley be going back to shoot here again so thank you.

Hampshire Wedding Photography, Chloe and Matt's pre - wedding Photography at Fleet Pond, Hampshire

Chloe and Matt are getting married a month from today in Bradford on Avon. We met up at Fleet Pond Nature reserve for the pre-wedding shoot.

I think it's fair to say that Chloe was pretty nervous about the being photographed.... I promised her that "by the time we are finished I'm sure you'll be wondering what you were nervous about".  I felt that she relaxed and if she was nervous I certainly couldn't tell and the pictures look lovely!

We met up with Bea and Jon for their pre-wedding shoot on a beautiful spring morning at Fulham Palace. Having not been to Fulham Palace before I got there early to have a wander around and plan the best places to shoot. The colours of the blossoms, wisteria and trees in bud grabbed me immediately.

Hampshire Wedding Photography, Selina & David's Pre-wedding shoot at Highfield Park, Heckfield

The weather hasn't been kind to me lately and Selina and David's pre-wedding shoot at Highfield Park in Heckfield was no exception. It was cold with a constant drizzle!

Despite the weather we had a lovely morning, Selina and David are great company and quickly relaxed and got over their initial nerves.

I'm really loooking forward to their wedding at Heckfield in May!

Berkshire Wedding Photography, Hayley & Peter's pre wedding shoot, Pangbourne

I met up with Hayley and Peter a couple of weeks ago on a cold and damp Thursday morning in Pangbourne. We started with a coffee and went through the details of their wedding day before walking down the banks of the Thames for a few pictures. Despite the weather and the mud we had a great time, Peter even managed a gallant moment piggy-backing Hayley over the mud.

I'm really looking forward to the wedding in March in Shiplake!

Surrey Wedding Photography, Ruth & James' Pre-Wedding shoot on Twickenham Green

Ruth & James are getting married this week at The Holy Trinity, on Twickenham Green with the reception afterwards at Pembroke Lodge.

We met up at at their house to go through the wedding day plans before wandering across to the green to take a few pictures with the church in the background, I had a great time and it wasn't long before Ruth and James were coming up with ideas for shots themselves :-)

Kay & Dan are getting married at St Martin's Church and The Ramada in East Horsley, Surrey but they chose Horsley Towers for their Pre Wedding shoot. Horsley Towers is a stunning venue and we were lucky enough to have a gorgeous summer evening to wander round the grounds and Hotel. Before popping over to the Duke of Wellington to go through their wedding details.

Hannah & Jonny, Engagement Photography, Elvetham Heath, Fleet, Hampshire

Hannah and Jonny are getting married in a few weeks time so I popped over one evening last week to shoot their engagement shoot on Elvetham Heath. We also spent an hour afterwards going through the details of the wedding day. They are getting married the Church of St James in Bramley and are having their reception at Rivervale Barn in Yateley, Hampshire, a fantastic new barn wedding venue set on the banks of the River Blackwater.
