Driving over to Selborne on Saturday afternoon with torrential rain seeming to follow us, we were in 2 minds whether to postpone the photo session. I'm so glad we didn't, Selbourne is a beautiful location and a fantastic place for a walk (a great pub too!). We had a great afternoon wandering around and were treated to some spectacular rainbows at the end of the day.

I had a lovely morning with Polly and her two children wandering round Pamber Forest taking pictures. Unfortunately, not everything went quite to plan! Her little boy had a bit of a mis-hap and coverered his new white shorts in "thick ooozy mud". Polly took all this very well, and I hope that she's not to cross with me for talking her into shooting a lifestyle session!
Here's a few of the picture we took, including the muddy shorts. There's a few more coming too as we have since shot a studio session with Dad.

What's that got do with shooting Ollie and April you might ask! Well, their Mum and Dad's Wedding was the very first Wedding I ever photographed as the sole photographer. So the fact that they have come back to me to photograph the children is extra special to me!
We had loads of fun with the children running round the woods for an hour and then came back to do a few shots of Ollie in the studio.

My little girl announced some time ago that she's going to get married, the wedding plans have now moved on a little!
The wedding is going to be in Scotland (she likes "scotlish"), her dress is going to have pink and green stripes and they are going to have 17 children.
I did the pre-wedding shoot for them the other day, they chose to dress as fairies and run round the garden in wellies!
Friday, April 2, 2010 at 10:56AM I had the very great pleasure of photographing Daniel and Kylie and their family in a "Life Style" family shoot at Pamber Forest near Silchester. As well as the 2 children, the Grandparents and Auntie Beryl came along! We did some family group shots along with lots of the children running around the woods and having fun in the mud.
Despite getting covered in mud, I had an absolutley brilliant time and am looking forward to presenting the images to the family in the next few days.
