Hampshire Wedding Photography, Claire & David, Highfield Park, Hook

Hampshire Wedding Photography, Highfield Park Wedding

I had the very great pleasure of photographing Claire and David's fabulous Highfield Park Wedding. It was one of those days where nobody was quite sure about what the weather was going to do so the decision whether to have the ceremony out in the Gazebo or within the hotel was left as late as possible. The decision was finally made and fortuneantely, it proved to be the right one as the weather was just perfect!

Here's a few images form their fabulous day:

A Testimonial from Sue & Simon - Thank you

"Dear Jon,

Simon and I both wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the photos you took of our wedding day. Neither Simon or I are very good at having our photos taken, we were very nervous but you really are a genius. We have some amazing photos that really capture the day and make us smile every time we look at them. Thank you very much for making our day so special.

Best wishes

Sue & Simon"

Hampshire Wedding Photography, Sue and Simon's Wedding Day at the Basingstoke Country Hotel

basingstoke wedding photography

Sue and Simon were married at the Basingstoke Country Hotel near Hook in Hampshire.

My day began at the Hotel taking a few shots with Simon and Sam (his Best Woman), then popped to photograph Sue at home before we all left for the ceremony back at the hotel. We had a fantastic day, Sue looked stunning and Simon certainly cut a dash in his Naval Uniform!

Hampshire Wedding Photography, Selina and David's wedding photography at Highfield Park, Hook, Hampshire

I had a fabulous day shooting Selina and David's wedding day at the beautiful Highfield Park in Heckfield, Hampshire. The day started at Selina's parents photographing them all getting ready. It was great to meet and get to know the family before driving to Highfield Park for the ceremony. Cars seem to be a bit of a passion with most of the family, this became apparent when a Bentley arrived for Selina and David arrived in 1950's Mustang! The day was emotional and loads of fun with so many little touches from the bride and groom, family and friends that made the day unique and very special. I've never seen "Lobster adoption" as a wedding favour before either....

Collette & Matt's Engagement Shoot, Greywell, Nr Hook, Hampshire

I live 20 minutes from here but didn't even know it existed! So I am very grateful to Collette and Matt for introducing me to such a wonderful location. As you can tell from the wellies it was a little muddy underfoot but that just added to the fun of the morning. I'll definitley be coming back here for family walks, engagement shoots and family portrait photography sessions.

It was a beautiful morning and Collette and Matt were an absolute pleasure to shoot with so I'm really looking forward to their wedding in Hartley Wintney in August..... Thank you!

Here's a few of the shots:

Katharine and Andrew's Wedding Photography, Tylney Hall, Rotherwick, Hampshire

Tylney Hall, Rotherwick, Hampshire

The weather is always a cause for concern at weddings, but it shouldn't be. You can't change it so don't worry about it! In fact get the umbrellas and wellies out and emrace it.

The Bride and Groom did exactly that on this snowy February day in Rotherwick, Hampshire. Katharine put on her bridal trainers and Andrew carried her out into the snow for some beautiful shots. For the group shots we used studio lights indoors and took advantage of the gorgeous wood panelling that makes Tylney Hall such a wonderful venue.
