Beaumont House Wedding Photography, Gemma & Paul, Windsor, Berkshire

Berkshire Wedding Photography, Beaumont-House-wedding

Gemma & Paul's wedding was my first of this year, I think I'd actually been getting withdrawal symptoms having not shot a wedding for 9 weeks so was extra excited about photographing their big day. A lovely couple, Beaumont House (what a fantastic wedding venue!) and, to top it all, sunshine. A great way to start 2014!

....and Paul, no the reflections were NOT a fluke,

Berkshire Wedding Photography, Beaumont-House-wedding

So far this year (thanks to the stormy weather) I've had to postpone a number of pre wedding shoots, so it was especially lovely to actually get out in the sunshine taking some pictures with Gemma and Paul at Beaumont House in Windsor. A fantastic wedding venue wich I'm really excited about photographing their wedding here in just a couple of weeks time. I was lucky enough to have photographed Gemma's cousin Jo's wedding a couple of years ago at Painshill Park, so it's going to be great to see her family again!

Here's a few images from our mornings session at Beaumont House:

Berkshire Wedding Photography, Michelle & Paul, Englemere, Ascot & The Guildhall, Windsor

Englemere Wedding

I don't normally do this but I met up with Paul and his groomsmen for breakfast at the Lay By Cafe in Wokingham. Paul had done his research and found the 5* cafe in the area and was soon tucking into the "BIG BREAKFAST" before handing out pressies to the boys.

Next stop was the Hilton in Bracknell to photograph Michelle (who looked stunning) and the Girls getting ready before heading to Englemere to catch their Routemaster London Bus to The Guildhall in Windsor with Paul and all of the guests.

I've walked past the Guildhall in Windsor many times but never been lucky enough to have a look inside inside, but what a spectacular place it is. You can feel the history as you walk through its doors and it's a perfect venue for a wedding ceremony!

All aboard the bus again, back to Englemere for the wedding reception. It was a gorgeous afternoon and loads of fun. Paul and Michelle had organized a brilliant afternoon and their sense of fun and happiness really set the tone for the day.

Englemere Wedding

I'm thoroughly enjoying the current spell of fabulous weather we're having and felt really quite excited as I drove over to Windsor to photograph Michelle and Paul's pre wedding shoot on Saturday morning. I was't to be disappointed either, we had a lovely morning taking pictures before stopping for a coffee in the sunshine to go through their wedding details. They were a lovely couple to photograph, very relaxed and lots of fun, I am looking forward to their wedding at The Guildhall and Englemere already!

Julia & Steve's Engagement Photography at The Oakley Court Hotel, Windsor, Berkshire

Julia and Steve are getting married in June at St Michael's in Bray and the Oakley Court Hotel: A gorgeous country house Hotel in the Victorian Gothic style, situated on the banks of the River Thames between Maidenhead and  Windsor in Berkshire. Julia and Steve quite understandibly chose to do their engagement shoot at the Oakley Court, with it's riverside walks and ornate gardens it makes a great location for photography.

Here's a preview of the pictures:

Dan & Dani, Engagement Shoot In Windsor, Berkshire

Dan & Dani are getting married in May at the Taplow House Hotel near Maidenhead in Berkshire. They chose Windsor for their engagement shoot, so we met up on the Long Walk on a beautiful Saturday morning and wandered up through Windsor shooting as we went.

I'm sure Dan and Dani won't mind me saying this, but they were pretty nervous and didn't initially feel particularly comfortable in front of the camera. Infact I think I'd go as far to say that they are the most nervous couple I've shot for some time, but they did brillianty! We had great morning and they soon found out that it's not so hard having your picture taken. I'm pretty sure that they both feel a whole lot more relaxed being photographed now.

This is one of the main reasons why I include an engagement shoot in all of my packages. If you are nervous it gives you a chance to find out how easy it is to relax in front of the camera before the wedding day.

Here's a small selection of the pictures:
